They sent me a defective item heel lift ML7 is not 1/4 is 3/8

They sent me marked ml7 which is supposed to be 1/4 heel lift but it is over 3/8 of an inch. I have sent them emails and they are not responding. Do not buy from them

You need to fix your credit card…

You need to fix your credit card processing. It wouldn't accept the card despite the fact all the info was entered correctly

i had not ordered from allegro for…

i had not ordered from allegro for awhile, i had to place my son in a nursing home due to illness in family, i now have him in a nursing at home, but with the understanding that if they would not abide by my standards i would buy what was needed, sure enough last week i noticed that the urne bad was dirty their answer was that the usual time to change it was when they replaced it was when they changed the foley which was once a month, i ordered 40 from allego and advised them that i wanted it changed every other day, i also got the the doctor to give me an order for renesiden to irrigate everyother day, so i am back to allegro to order what i ever need.

I have been an Allegro Medical customer…

I have been an Allegro Medical customer for many years, and it has been many years because of the quality of their products, the reasonable pricing and the quick turnaround. Not only have I remained a customer for so many years but I regularly recommend it to others, even to medical professionals I come in contact with.

Can find no fault - fast shipping, product as described

There is always room for improvement, thus four stars. However, I can find no fault with the order processing and fulfillment. The products appear as described, I just need more time to test them in practice. Good job, Allegro!
